I have been working out with
The Fitness Angel's Bootcamp Group on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays. It is a real cardio/toning class. He does a lot of fat burning cardio and toning at the same time. The thing I really like about it is that while he pushes you to do your best, there is no pressure to do somebody else's best. If you are in the Phoenix area and need a change or challenge come out and join us at the South Mountain Community Center on Alta Vista between Central Avenue and 7th Street, Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm and on Saturday mornings at 8:30am. He also has classes there on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9am. The workout groups are great and they are fun for all fitness levels.
