Life Change Commitment Card
This card should be used to identify people who will support you in your efforts to become holistically fit. These individuals will commit to support you through prayer, encouragement and through whatever means are necessary to assist you in reaching your holistic fitness goals.

Personal Assessment Form
Answer the questions on this form to determine which area of fitness needs the most attention, physical, spiritual, relational or emotional. If all areas need equal work choose the one you would like to start with to get focused. Remember that every physical change must start with an inward change.

Progress Report
This report gives you a place to keep track of your progress through measurements and weight monitoring. We recommend that you take your measurements monthly to see what kind of progress you are making. Weight can be done weekly, however, we do not encourage participants to focus on weight only as it can fluctuate while you continue to lose inches.

Message from our Founder.

"You have just made one of the most important decisions in your life to change your lifestyle and get your body and God’s temple in order.

You may be asking yourself who is Carroll Roberts and how can he help me. Like you I have had my share of disappointments and frustrations trying to find myself. Who am I? What is my purpose in life? I am sure you have asked yourself these same soul searching questions.

Foremost, I am a strong believer that God placed us here for a specific reason. Not just by happenstance. We all have a purpose, and it is up to you to realize what that purpose is.

As for myself it took me 33 years, two failed marriages, and a job I hated but stayed on because I allowed friends and family to convince me that a good paying job and guaranteed paycheck were more important than my happiness. Wrong!!!!!! You can almost guess what the response was when I decided to quit my job after 11 years as a service technician for the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company and pursue a career in fitness.

Just like myself, hopefully you will embark on a journey that will ultimately bring you self-satisfaction, happiness and a purpose. Over the past 16 years training women with problems associated with weight gain I have become somewhat of a catalyst in dealing with their specific and special needs.

We are extremely blessed that God has given us the awesome opportunity to assist you in your desire to become fit physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We know that you could have chosen one of any number of ministries to assist you in getting your temple holistically fit and we do not take it for granted that you have chosen us. We pray that we can provide the spiritual,physical and emotional support that you need to successfully reach your weight loss goals. This bible study has been designed as a tool to help keep you focused and can be done individually or as a group. We suggest you trust God first and enlist some friends and family to provide you with encouragement and support as you work to change your lifestyle under the direction of the Holy Spirit. Know that we are praying for your success and “He that has begun a good work in you will complete it.”

You are already a winner because you have made this choice but place the Word of God in your spirit as a reminder. Philippians 4:13, says, “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” Get the Word in your spirit and stand on it. We are praying for you.
