Wait at least 45 mins after waking up before beginning your work out.
Fluid pools in the spinal disks while sleeping, this can cause moderate sensitivity or Discomfort.
Drink water.
While working out you should get your heart rate up high enough to cause sweat. Drinking water replenishes this fluid loss. Drinking water will also decrease the burning or cramping we sometimes experience when exercising.
Eat more often.
Studies have shown it is more advantageous to eat smaller meals more often (every 3 or 4 hours) this will keep your digestive tract working. Which will help you stick to a Good eating plan, crave healthy foods, burn more calories and curb your hunger.
Keep A Journal.
Often we are eating out of boredom or habit. Journaling will bring about a heightened awareness of what we are consuming, foods, beverages, supplements and even gum or mints. This awareness will lead to healthier food choices and more dedication to exercise, all of which serves to build self-esteem.
Be Prepared For Setbacks.
Realize that there will be set backs and plateaus. Don’t view them as failures.
When you have a bad dream you don’t stop sleeping, right? Don’t be
discouraged and above all don’t quit instead give yourself credit for the progress
that you do make. Think positive. Create positive strategies to help you be more
successful, such as rewarding yourself for every five or ten lbs lost or for every
week you finish or maybe giving away one piece of your fat clothing at certain
intervals.
What ever you do MAKE IT ALL ABOUT YOU do it for yourself. Focus on POSITIVEAFFIRMATION. Disregard all HATERATION (negativity from others).
