Encouragement

For most of us, there's a lot more to getting fit than simply knowing how to exercise and eat sensibly. We need to recognize that fitness is holistic. It includes mind, body and spirit. We need the motivation and willpower to do the exercises and avoid bad habits. We need encouragement and support. That's what this section is all about. Each week, we have a new message written by a member of the New Beginnings Team or a member of our community to motivate us to become fit physically, spiritually, emotionally and relationally. The reading list contains a number of books and other resources that provide advice and encouragement for us in our quests to get our temples in shape.
